Universal device connectivity

HTTPS, MQTT, MQTT over WebSocket port 8084, device WebSocket, gateways, LoRa webhooks

Connect an ESP32 with the Arduino SDK over MQTT, or any device over HTTPS, MQTT, or the device WebSocket. MQTT over WebSocket uses port 8084. Edge gateways relay child devices and can poll OPC UA, BACnet, or Sparkplug. LoRaWAN arrives by webhook. Modbus is read through a gateway.
